    How the Monthly Savings Option Works

    • 1. Client selects a property price range
    • 2. Client chooses a saving period (18 or 24 months)
    • 3. Client pays monthly savings into a dedicated savings account
    • 4. After completing the savings period, the client moves into the property
    • 5. Monthly instalments continue until full ownership
    • 5. Title deed is transferred after final payment and transfer costs

    What is the Monthly Savings Option?

    The Monthly Savings option allows clients to save towards their future home over 18–24 months before moving in. This option is designed for clients who do not have a large down- payment upfront but can save consistently.

    Once the savings period is completed, the saved amount is used as a down-payment, and the client then moves into the property under a Rent-To-Own agreement.
