Downpayment Option
- 1. Client chooses a qualifying property.
- 2. Repholositswe buys the property in the company name.
- 3. Client pays the 40% down-payment of the final selling price (after markup).
- 4. Client signs the agreement and pays the contract fee (R2,000).
- 5. Client occupies immediately and pays monthly instalments for the remaining balance over an agreed term (6–15 years).
- 6. After final payment, client pays transfer & conveyancer fees; title is transferred.

Monthly Savings Option
- 1. Client saves R2,000–R2,500 (or category amount) monthly for 18–24 months.
- 2. Repholositswe confirms savings, affordability and buys the property in the company name.
- 3. Client signs agreement, pays contract fee (R2,000) and moves in as tenant-occupant.
- 4. Client continues monthly instalments (rent + rent credits) until final payment (6–15 years total term).
- 5. After final payment, client pays transfer fees and receives title deed.
